How long will I wait for an analysis after my video is uploaded?

Typically your video will be analyzed within two or three days, and at most it will take 5-7 days before your swing is analyzed. We strive for quick turn-around, and only things like family events or out-of-town schools will slow us down!

What video formats do you support?

We use the renowned V1 software, so we support the same video formats they support. These formats include: .avi, .mpg, .mpeg, .m1v, .ivf, and .mov. Virtually all video cameras that record video do so in a way that V1 supports, so we don't envision any problems. However, if you upload a video we cannot view, we'll work with you on properly submitting video and you'll be credited for the video we were unable to view.

I'm on a Mac - do I need anything special?

Technically, no, but your ability to view the analyses (which are, for now, .wmv Windows Media files) will be greatly enhanced if you download the free WMV Player from Telestream/Microsoft.

How should I record my swing?

Though this can change if you're working on something special or unique (like, say, your driver swing or your wedges), we typically prefer that you take video from two views - a "down the line" view and a "face-on" view - while swinging a mid-iron (like a 6-iron).

Can I talk to someone by phone if I have questions?

If you have a support question or further questions about the site, though we encourage you to use email or the web form listed on our contact page, we'll talk to you by phone if we're available.

If you're looking for help with your golf game and want to do a phone consultation, that's an additional charge and is listed at the bottom of the Plans & Pricing page.

Am I locked in or can I cancel at any time?

You can cancel at any time. Any fees (setup or recurring fees) you've incurred prior to cancellation can't be refunded, but when you cancel your account is removed from our system, access to your videos is removed, and all of your stored information is deleted, which prevents any future charges to your credit card.

How can I create an account to log in? Do you have a free account?

We don't currently have a free account. We offer an in-depth library of drills and tips that our members can enjoy.

If you'd like to sign up and avail yourself of not only the library but our video analysis as well, you can create an account whenever you're ready.

What is your refund policy?

Unfortunately we can't offer refunds. If you have any problems at all, though, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us and we'll do our best to resolve them.

How will this show up on my credit card statement?

Charges from evolvr will show up on your credit card statement as being from "Golf Evolution."
